The Picasso Museum is located in the Berenguer de Aguilar Palace on stately Montcada Street and maintains today the Catalan style of the gothic era, with stylistic elements corresponding to reformations throughout the years, similarly distributed; central patio, principal stairway leading to the noble floor and lower floor, leading to the service quarters.
The museum serves as testimony to the relationship the artist had with the city. Picasso himself made successive donations toward the creation of the museum. It is the most important collection representing the early artistic development of Pablo Picasso.
It is also a dynamic and bustling cultural center. It contains a library and specialized archive and offers temporary expositions related to the work and world of Picasso.
Could combine it whit a sight to Gothic Quarter
